Have Keys...Will Clean!

So, we have keys! I can't believe it...so unreal! We are going to dive right in first thing tomorrow and clean, clean, clean. Paint will be next. Then, of course, there is the moving....but anyway, Hurray!

Wahooooooooooooooooo!

So, the water heater was fixed today! (Thank you George for fighting the bank for us!) We sign docs on Friday morning. We should have keys by Tuesday! Can't believe it is finally happening! LOTS to do now. Anyone fond of cleaning or painting? Feel free to volunteer...I aint (sorry teacher/ English major friends) afraid to beg!

House

We're still waiting...waiting...waiting. Everything has been approved/ completed as far as the house is concerned. The only hiccup is the water heater. Our bank won't let us go FHA, unless the other bank is willing to fix the water heater for us. So, as soon as we hear, we'll let you know! We have to be out of our apartment by the 4th, and we have some cleaning, painting, and fixing that needs to be done in the house before we can move in. So, we're cutting it close! We are super excited though, and can't wait for a place of our own!

So, I think we've finally bought a house!

We're finally moving forward! As long as the inspection goes well on Saturday, this will be our new home in less than 30 days! It's a bit of a fixer-upper, so donations are gladly accepted! Shall we register somewhere? (Isn't that what people do these days? Let's see...oven, fridge, dishwasher, carpet...can you register for carpet?) Anyhoo...we would be happy to help you fulfill your yearly service quota, if you are willing to paint! The house is right off of Cole Rd in Boise. Pretty much right across from the LDS temple. (Totally stoked about that!) Almost 2000 square feet, 5 bedrooms, tons of storage, BIG backyard (well any backyard is big for us!). We'll shout from the rooftops when everything is final. We'll shout even louder when all of the painting/ remodeling is done! Come for a visit!
